Lemmie hires PR person, manager

Cincinnati City Manager Valerie Lemmie announced two key appointments in her office Thursday, completing a reorganization called for in Mayor Charlie Luken's 2003-04 budget. They are:
Deborah C. Holston, assistant city manager for operations. The $118,000-a-year job will oversee the city's community development functions.
Meg Olberding, assistant to the city manager for public affairs. She will be charged with "helping to develop a positive image for the city." She previously worked for the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal. The job pays $90,000.
