Top views: February sweeps start today with NBC padding its sitcoms to 40 minutes - the network calls it "supersizing" - so you won't flip around the dial. On Friends, Phoebe drags Monica to a karaoke club (8 p.m., Channels 5, 22); Rick Schroder (NYPD Blue) plays a nurse with the hots for Elliot on Scrubs (8:40 p.m.); and Will & Grace have an '80s flashback (9:20 p.m.). Then Ed Asner returns as an ill doctor on ER, while Dr. Carter considers going to Africa (10 p.m., Channels 5, 22).
Critic John Kiesewetter also says Peter Falk and his rumpled coat looks out of place in the rave scene in Columbo Likes the Nightlife (8 p.m., Channels 9, 2).

Shirts galore: Hey, look what Celebrity Cruise Line has - T-shirts autographed by celebs. The plain white shirts with the word "celebrity" on the chest are on eBay through today, with proceeds going to a variety of charities. Among the signers: George Clooney, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jay Leno, the cast of Friends, X-Men 2 and the Today Show.
