One of Anderson Township's centerpiece retail developments, Beechmont Mall, is about to be partially torn down as its new owner, Victory Investments of Columbus, Ga., begins a project that will transform it into Anderson Towne Center. The new development will be an open-air shopping center.
Many residents have expressed frustration over the slow pace of redevelopment, and the mix of stores and other businesses there.
The Enquirer would like to know: what would you like to see built as part of the new Anderson Towne Center? A movie theater? A major books/music store? Better restaurants? Please e-mail your suggestions to dhofmeister@enquirer.com. You also may call Dave Hofmeister at 755-4145, but please leave your name, community and phone number.
Or, respond on our Web page, Cincinnati.com, by clicking on the Great Neighborhoods link.
Your responses will be included in the next "Great Neighborhoods" section, which will publish on Feb. 18 and focus on Anderson Township.
Comments and questions must be received by Friday.
