Two Cincinnati police officers involved in the suffocation death of Roger Owensby Jr. were fired Wednesday, more than two years after Owensby died during his arrest.

'Mister Rogers' dies
Fred Rogers, 74, the gentle host of the public television show "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" for more than 30 years, died of cancer early today.
