The Cincinnati Enquirer
Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has honored its Cincinnati office group as the real estate investment trust's "sales team of the year."
The firm said the Cincinnati office group, headed by Bob Fessler, managed to buck a slow office market to sign 172 leases totaling almost 2 million square feet in 2002.
"In spite of the economy, the Cincinnati office group posted a very successful year," said Bill Linville, executive vice president of Duke's Midwest operations.
Dan Ruh, who completed 50 real estate transactions, was named salesperson of the year for Duke.
