The most expensive commercial construction projects or renovations, based on dollar values ($200,000 and up) of building permits issued recently in Cincinnati and Hamilton County:

UHCURC. Site: 3330 Jefferson Ave. Purpose: New building. Contractor: Miller Valentine Group. Cost: $753,000.

Procter & Gamble Co. Site: 301 E. Sixth St. Purpose: Alteration. Contractor: Hunt Construction Group. Cost: $525,000.

MSD of Greater Cincinnati. Site: 1081 Woodrow St. Purpose: Alteration. Contractor: MSD of Greater Cincinnati. Cost: $236,000.

The most expensive commercial property transfers recorded recently in Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren counties in Ohio; and Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties in Kentucky, based on dollar values of $200,000 or more (data collected by First American Real Estate Solutions, publisher of the Pace Report, from county records):

• Mall Road, Florence, 41042. Use: Regional shopping center. Price: $97,000,000. Buyer: Florence Mall LLC. Seller: Western & Southern Life Insurance Co.

• 302 Plum St, downtown, 45202. Use: Office building. Price: $8,150,000. Buyer: 302 Plum LLC. Seller: Al Neyer Inc.

• 3575 Kings Mills Road, Mason, 45040. Use: Added from sales. Price: $1,403,123. Buyer: Tennis for Charity Inc. Seller: TEJ Holdings Inc.

• 10548 Harrison Ave., Harrison, 45030. Use: Supermarket. Price: $1,300,000. Buyer: Church on Fire Ministries. Seller: LB Property LLC.

• 11177 Service Road, Walton Area, 41094. Use: Motels and tourist cabin. Price: $1,100,000. Buyer: MS Gateway LLC. Seller: Dream Team Ky. LLC.
