Anthony Frey, 19, is a January, 2002 graduate of Oak Hills High School. He is the son of Kimberly and Arthur Frey of Delhi.
His mother writes:
My son Anthony Frey is currently deployed in Iraq, and we believe he is engaged in the battle at An Nasiriyah.
He enlisted in the Marines on his 18th birthday, which was two weeks prior to 9-11. He has always wanted to be a Marine since he was a little boy.

He was scheduled to go in on a delayed entry program, but after 9-11 he called his recruiter and went in immediately. He told us he needed to do his part to help protect our country.
We are so very, very proud of him.
I pray daily for his safe return and that of all of our armed forces.
I am one of the very few who hold the distinct honor of being a mother of a United States Marine!
