Thomas L. Friedman Reporting: Searching for the Roots of 9/11. Friedman, a New York Times reporter, has won two Pulitzer Prizes for his Middle East writing and a third for commentary. This special has him trying to understand the psychology of middle-class Muslims who approve of the Sept. 11 attacks.
