Mason-based electronic records firm LanVision Systems Inc. Tuesday said it had more than doubled its net profit in its fourth quarter ended Jan. 31, compared with the same period last year.
The company reported profit of $459,673, or 5 cents a share, up from $180,339, or 2 cents, during the fourth quarter of last year.
LanVision said it had increased total revenues by 43.9 percent, going from $2.74 million in the fourth quarter last year to $3.94 million this year.
For the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, the company reported net profit of just over $1 million, or 11 cents a share, compared to $210,360, or 2 cents, last year.
Annual revenues went from $10.9 million to $13.4 million.
