Vigils, meetings, services, rallies
Hamilton Christian Center, 2940 Millville Ave., Hamilton, will conduct prayer services noon-1 p.m. every Tuesday and Friday. The services will focus on world and homeland events.
Heritage Presbyterian Church, 6546 South Mason-Montgomery Road, will hold a Prayer Service for Peace at 6 p.m. Tuesdays until the war is over.
Intercommunity Justice & Peace Center will host "Women in Black Vigils" 5-6 p.m. Mondays in the island of Central Parkway near Vine Street, downtown, and 5-6 p.m. Wednesdays at Mall Road and Ky. 18, Florence. Information: 579-8547.
Miami University Middletown will present a lecture on issues of war and peace and social justice at noon today in the Commons. Information: www.internationalanswer.org.
