A top biomedical researcher and the daughter of a former president will be keynote speakers at the Health Alliance's Aging America 2003 conference Saturday at the University of Cincinnati's Kingsgate Conference Center.

This year's conference will focus on the challenges of caring for the nation's aging population, says Joseph Killian, administrative director of geriatric services for the Health Alliance.

Dr. Gregory Stock, director of the Program on Medicine, Technology and Society at UCLA and one of the keynote speakers, is an advocate of strong biomedical research and pragmatic approaches to genetic engineering.
