Young Gay America

Mike Glatze and Benjie Nycum are two journalists traveling the country to chronicle the stories of gay, lesbian, transgendered and bisexual youth 21 and younger. They say they hit the road to disprove the rumor that young gays who emerged from their closets were miserable.

The duo visited Cincinnati back in November 2001 and report on their Web site they had not encountered a larger group than those they met here with the Cincinnati Youth Group.

Dry Dredgers

The Dry Dredgers invite everyone to find something older than even dear old Dad: a real fossil. The "Search for Noids, Pods and Zoas" will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at the former Kmart lot in Sharonville. This free, family-focused field trip will be to an exciting fossil hunting location. This group of local amateur geologists is dedicated to the knowledge and enjoyment of fossils.
