LEBANON - The Mental Health Recovery Services board of directors has approved a $12.1 million fiscal 2004 budget, a 2.5 percent increase that includes plans to create a one-stop recovery center for people diagnosed with mental illness.
The public agency, which serves more than 3,700 people a year in Warren and Clinton counties, plans to move some services to its Corwin House in Lebanon and begin a new program in Wilmington. Those changes should be in place in July, when the agency's fiscal year begins.
Corwin House, which already has a clubhouse for people recovering from mental illness, will become home to personal enrichment and self-help courses and a fitness center.
