Previously, Perry was manager of the Dayton office. She has been with Midland since 1991 and held positions including closing officer and escrow supervisor.

Cleaning Up: Established 33 years ago, this vacuum cleaner specialist carries portable vacuums, central cleaning systems, floor machines, janitorial products and parts for many different makes of cleaners.
Now In Indiana: The company has just opened its ninth store - its first in Indiana. The store, at 438 Belleview Drive near the Lawrenceburg exit off I-275, sells and repairs brands such as Simplicity, Meile and Beam Central Vacuum Systems. Other locations are in Tri-County, Reading, Westwood, Colerain, East Side, Cold Spring, Florence and Erlanger. The Erlanger shop will be rebuilt and expanded in the near future.
Clearing The Air: Beam Central Vacuum System, sold by Kirkwood, is a whole-house cleaning network that is designed to remove pollen and dander as well as dust and dirt.
