Play premieres: Renee Alper drew on personal experience to write Roll Model, a dramatic comedy about a disability support group. (The "roll" in the title is a play on words and refers to characters who use wheelchairs.) It's being produced today through Saturday by the Human Tapestry at Xavier University's Gallagher Student Center Studio Theater. $12, $10 students and seniors. 745-3939.

Guitar concert: It's a window into the world of guitar. The 20th anniversary of the Classical Guitar Workshop at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music launches the first of four concerts tonight (there are concerts through Sunday). Today's 8 p.m. program in Watson Hall includes workshop faculty members performing works from J.S. Bach to Astor Piazzolla.

Don't miss the 20th Anniversary Concert at 8 p.m. Saturday, when 120 guitarists will converge on Corbett Auditorium's stage to play a world premiere in honor of the event by Jeffrey Van. A reception follows. It's all free. 281-2865 or visit Web site.

Beatles fest: Beatles fans will gather Aug. 8-10 on the banks of the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland for the second annual "Abbey Road on the River" festival. There will be tribute bands and a photo exhibit of the Fab Four. Nautica Entertainment Complex. Three-day general admission $40; $15 per day. Musician resigns: Robin Graham, principal French horn of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, has resigned, the CSO has announced. She is moving to Philadelphia, where her husband, Bob Elias, is new executive director of the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia. Graham joined the CSO in 1985. Thomas Sherwood will be acting principal French horn this season. The CSO will hold a national audition to replace her in January.

Watch with the stars: The final episode of Who Wants to Marry My Dad? will air Aug. 11. Cincinnatians have a chance to watch the show with its stars - the Mueller family of Glendale - at the East Club Lounge at Paul Brown Stadium. The event will include dinner, a live auction and other activities, all to benefit the LAM Foundation. Tickets are $50 each or $750 for a corporate sponsor table. RSVP by Monday at 777-3209.
