Salsa seeker loves Chachies (Bet Joanie would, too)

Gotta Try It

Chachies Mango Salsa
The problem with commercially made salsa is all that processing needed to make it shelf-safe. The high temperatures turn the vegetables mushy and dull the flavor. Maybe that's why Chachies Mango Salsa is perhaps the best commercial salsa I've tasted: It hasn't been processed because it's meant to stay in the fridge.

Chachies packs a bright, tropical-sweet flavor from the mango and bits of colorful peach with chunks of onion and peppers and just enough heat to keep you dipping. You can easily improve it by adding chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

The 48-ounce wide-mouth plastic jar is perfect for parties, and when properly stored the salsa should keep for a month. If you can't eat that much of this sassy salsa, maybe you need to try a different dip. Available in the refrigerator case at Costco for $4.99.
