Kentucky obituaries

Kenton County

Catherine M. Bain

ERLANGER - Catherine M. Kennedy Bain, 96, a former employee for the admissions department at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Covington, died Tuesdayat St. Charles Care Center, Covington.

She was a former volunteer for St. Henry Parish in Elsmere as a receptionist, and worked at Dixie Heights High School in the cafeteria during the 1970s and 1980s.

She was a member of the ladies auxiliary for the Erlanger Lions Club for more than 50 years, and was a member of the Erlanger-Elsmere Senior Citizens.

Surviving are a daughter, Carole Erpenbeck of Edgewood; son, John of Edgewood; brother, Tom Kennedy of Fort Mitchell; two sisters, Ruth Kennedy, and Mary Kreutzkamp, both of Fort Mitchell; eight grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. todayat Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger. Mass of Christian burial will be 7:30 p.m. todayat St. Henry Church in Elsmere. A reception will immediately follow the Mass in the church undercroft. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Fort Mitchell.

Thomas Hart

ERLANGER - Thomas Jude Hart, 74, a salesman for 50 years who retired from Burlington Northern Air Freight Co. in Hebron, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood.

He was a member of St. Henry Church in Elsmere.

Surviving are a son, Dr. Thomas K. Hart of Louisville; daughter, Coleen Hart Spaulding of Florence; two sisters, Patricia Kennedy of Lawrenceburg, Ind., and Peggy Hoffer of Lakeside Park; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. and Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m. today at St. Henry Church, 3813 Dixie Highway, Elsmere.

Entombment will be in St. Mary Cemetery Mausoleum in Fort Mitchell. Linnemann Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

Khalil A. Sizemore

TAYLOR MILL - Khalil Alexander Sizemore, a two-month-old infant, died Tuesdayat his home in Taylor Mill.

Surviving are his mother, Nadaqua Tinu Borode of Taylor Mill; his father, Stephen Paul Sizemore of North College Hill; maternal grandmother, Theresa A. Borode of Taylor Mill; paternal grandfather, Bob Sizemore of Ross, Ohio; paternal grandmother, Vivian Kirk of Bright, Ind.; aunt and uncle, Emily and Femi Borode, both of Taylor Mill; paternal great-grandparents, Jim and Betty Dooley of West Harrison, Ind.; and maternal great-grandfather, Virgil Perry of Crescent Springs.

Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and service 1:30 p.m. todayat Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.

Pendleton County

Lonny Browning

FALMOUTH - Lonny Gayle Browning, 65, a teacher for 30 years, mostly for Grants Lick Elementary in Campbell County, died Tuesday at his home.

He was a farmer, and was the former president of the Pendleton County Retired Teachers, and the Northern Kentucky District of Retired Teachers.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara; two sons, Will Clayton and Paul Stuart Browning, both of Falmouth; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. today at Oakland Christian Church, 5161 Milford Road, Falmouth. A second visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. and service 2 p.m. Saturdayat Oakland Christian Church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
