A 30-year-old caregiver was arrested Tuesday and charged with using drugs while she was supposed to be providing care for a 13-year-old disabled girl.
The incident was captured on videotape by a "nannycam" installed at the home.
The Hamilton County sheriff's office charged Marie Rocker of North College Hill with endangering children.
According to the sheriff's office, Rocker was captured on videotape cooking drugs on a spoon and then injecting them into her arm, as well as snorting drugs.
The incident occurred on Aug. 19 at a residence on Wexford Avenue in Dillonville, the sheriff's office said.
Rocker's drug activity took place within three feet of the 13-year-old she was caring for, the sheriff's office said.
