Turfway fall meeting starts at 7 p.m. today

Live thoroughbred racing begins tonight and runs through Oct. 2 at Turfway Park in Florence.
First post is 7 p.m. on weekdays and 1:10 p.m. on weekends, including Kentucky Cup Day. Mondays and Tuesdays are dark.
Admission and parking are free.
Eight stakes races are scheduled during the fall meet, including five on the Kentucky Cup Day of Champions Sept. 13.
Trainer Bob Baffert is planning to send Congaree for the Kentucky Cup Classic and Consecrate for the Kentucky Cup Juvenile as tuneups for the Breeders' Cup.
Baffert-trained Vindication won last year's KC Juvenile and BC Juvenile races.
