Top pick: Catch an early glimpse of George Clooney in Rewrite for Murder, a one-hour drama pilot, during the Trio Channel's "Brilliant but Canceled" week (10 p.m., Time Warner digital Channel 126). Clooney plays an ex-con helping a mystery writer (Pam Dawber) produce her struggling TV show. He filmed Rewrite after stints on Roseanne and Sunset Beat, and before Bodies of Evidence (1992-93), Sisters (1993-94) and ER (1994-99).
TV critic John Kiesewetter also says George Lopez hosts the 4th Annual Latin Grammy Awards today from Miami. (9-11 p.m., Channels 12, 7).
