Mike Nazzaro, chief operating officer of Intelliseek Inc., has assumed additional duties as president. Nazzaro spent several years in brand management and new business development at Procter & Gamble. In 1999, he co-founded PlanetFeedback, a consumer feedback company that merged with Intelliseek in late 2001. He is a 1993 graduate of Harvard Business School and a 1988 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
Justin Sweetman has joined DEI Inc., a design/build firm in Cincinnati, as regional sales manager for Kentucky, Tennessee and parts of Ohio; Laura Maddux joined the construction department as administrative assistant and Sheila Kurt joins the construction team as a project facilitator.
Mary Ann Shawmeker has been named operating vice president/corporate communications at Federated Department Stores Inc. Shawmeker was director of corporate communications. She is responsible for the production of all of Federated's corporate publications, Internet and intranet Web sites, online customer relations and state government affairs. She has been with Federated for 20 years.
Christian M. Shalay has joined Cincinnati based ACF Mortgage as director of recruiting and training. Shalay was senior vice president at Alliance Mortgage Group.
Kenneth D. Kramp has been named vice president in the business banking group for the Cincinnati district of KeyBank, N.A. Kramp is responsible for new business development of commercial loans, leases, deposits and cross-sold products.
Michael J. Lange has been named group director of land development for CDS Associates Inc., Engineers, Architects, Planners and Surveyors.
