Mitsuko I. Austin

FLORENCE - Mitsuko I. Austin of Florence died Friday at her residence. The homemaker was 68.

A daughter, Deborah Lee Austin, preceded her in death, in 1987.

Surviving is her husband, Clarence Austin of Florence; two sons, Raymond Austin of Elsmere, and Richard Austin of Union; a daughter, Linda Paul of Oxford; two brothers; four sisters; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9-11 a.m., Monday , at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Service will follow.Burial will be in Peeno Cemetery, Hebron.

William Edward Mullins Jr.

BURLINGTON - William Edward Mullins Jr. died Thursday at Villa Springs Health Care Center in Erlanger. The self-employed stonemason and bartender was 61.

He was a member of the Bass Masters Association; and loved fishing and playing horseshoes.

Surviving are two daughters, Bridgett Mullins of Covington and Julie Gibson of Hebron; seven sons, Keith, Danny and Aaron Mullins, all of Florence; Jeff Mullins of Ryland, Chip Mullins of Kenton County, Mark Mullins of Covington and Greg Mullins of Florida; a brother, Hank Mullins of Burlington; a sister, Judy Cromer of Worthville; and 22 grandchildren.

Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday , at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Service will follow. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Gladys M. Setters

BURLINGTON - Gladys M. Setters of Burlington died Friday at Woodspoint Health Care Center in Florence. The homemaker was 92.

She was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church.

Her husband, Benjamin David Setters, preceded her in death in 1980. Her son, Benjamin Lee Setters, preceded her in death in 1992.

Surviving are two daughters, Betty L. Holladay of Burlington, and Eva Mae Smith of El Paso, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10 a.m.- noon Tuesday , at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Service will follow. Burial will be in Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, Hebron

Florene Foley Steele

FLORENCE - Florene Foley Steele of Florence, died Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital West. The homemaker was 92.

She was a member of the Florence United Methodist Church.

Her husband, Morgan C. Steele; and a son, Larry Steele, preceded her in death.

Surviving are a sister, Clay Hamilton of Nicholasville; and two half-brothers, Erman and Marvin Foley of Bourbon County; and a niece.

Visitation will be 9-10:30 a.m. Monday , at Florence United Methodist Church, Florence. Service will follow.

Burial will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Mount Sterling.

Beatrice Tirey

BURLINGTON - Beatrice Tirey of Burlington, died Thursday at her residence. The homemaker was 88.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Winferd Tirey; and a son, James Danny Tirey.

Surviving are three daughters, Betty Middendorf of Florence, Joyce Stieby of Independence, and Sandra Dinser and Deborah Tillman, both of Burlington; three sisters, Gertrude Wilson of Ida May, Aileen Mays of Middletown, and Bobby Jean Evans of Beattyville; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Park, Taylor Mill.

Mary Angela Duve

NEWPORT - Mary Angela Duve of Newport died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth North Hospital, Covington. The homemaker was 82.

She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella Newport Circle 388; St. Ann's Ladies Auxiliary, and a lifetime member of St. Stephen/Holy Spirit Parish.

Surviving are her husband, Donald C. Duve, and a son, Charles E. Duve, both of Newport.

Visitation will be 9-10:30 a.m., Tuesday , at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Newport.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday , at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.

Minnie Elizabeth Sipple

FORT MITCHELL - Minnie Elizabeth Sipple of Fort Mitchell died Thursday at Rosedale Manor Nursing Home in Latonia. The sales clerk for Kmart department stores for 33 years was 89.

She was a member of the Church of God, Latonia.

Surviving are a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Steele of Fort Mitchell; a nephew, Mathew Sipple of Fort Mitchell; and a cousin, Roy Martin of Hebron.

Visitation is 1-2 p.m. today at Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger. Service will follow.

Burial will be in Glencoe Cemetery, Glencoe.
