Monday: Voter registration deadline.

Congressman Steve Chabot to speak at fund-raiser for Cincinnati City Council candidate Pete Witte, Queen City Club, 331 E. Fourth St., downtown. 5 p.m.

Tuesday: Chabot to speak at fund-raiser for Cincinnati City Councilman Chris Monzel, Henke Winery, 3077 Harrison Ave., Westwood, 6 p.m.

Tuesday: Cincinnati City Council candidates address Pleasant Ridge Community Council, 5915 Ridge Ave., 7 p.m.

Wednesday: East Side Candidates Night, McNicholas High School, 6536 Beechmont Ave., Mount Washington, 7:30 p.m.

Oct. 14: Winton Place and surrounding communities candidates forum, Waldorf School, 745 Derby Ave., 7:30 p.m.

Oct. 16: Cincinnati Electoral Reform Commission public hearing, Jordan Crossing, Reading Road and Seymour Avenue, Bond Hill, 6 p.m.

Oct. 19: Congresswomen Marcy Kaptur of Toledo and Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Cleveland to speak at fund-raiser for Cincinnati City Councilwoman Alicia Reece, Integrity Hall, 2081 Seymour Ave., Bond Hill, 3:30 p.m.

Nov. 4: Polls open, 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
