Promotions and new on the job

• David Dreisbach has been named vice president in addition to serving as creative director for Holland Communications. As creative director,

Dreisbach is responsible for directing the creative process for all print, broadcast and interactive advertising. He was copywriter and creative director. He has a master's degree from Northwestern University in Chicago.

• Chuck Ciolino, sales vice president with NAI Eagle, was recently inducted into the NAI Investment Council.

• Melissa Kevorkian has joined Directions Research Inc.(DRI) as research consultant. Kevorkian is responsible for analysis, interpretation and presentation of results, using a wide range of applications from crosstabs to multivariate statistics. She has 12 years of experience in marketing research. She received her bachelor's degree in microbiology from Indiana University. In addition, she has taken graduate courses toward a master's degree in applied statistics at Purdue University.

• Jim Boesch has joined Cincinnati Area Senior Services as chief financial officer.

• Steve Gillespie has been named assistant vice president, business development officer at the Bank of Kentucky. Gillespie, who has been with the bank since 1991, was the branch manager at the U.S.42 retail banking center. Before that, he spent seven years working at Fifth Third Bank of Northern Kentucky. In all, he brings more than 23 years of banking, management, marketing and sales experience to his new role. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree.

• Kris Huiet has joined Systems Insight Inc. as director of sales.
