Police here and across the nation have problems reuniting owners with bicycles - many worth hundreds of dollars - that are recovered after being stolen.

No terror in local larcenies
A theft ring that authorities said reaped at least $37 million by reselling stolen goods at inflated prices in Cincinnati did not fund terrorism, a judge said.
