Promotions and new on the job

Dr. Kevin T. Roll has been named global executive director, medical affairs, marketing and communications, for Kendle International. Roll joined Kendle in 2002 as director, medical affairs, marketing and communications, after eight years in medical and technical affairs with Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. He holds a doctorate and a bachelor of science in pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati.

Myrtle Powell has been named president and chief executive officer of the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative.

Eric Wigger has joined ADCM Inc. - Architecture, Design, Construction, Management as project manager.

Linda Tessar has been named vice president of sales and marketing at Promark Co. and Judy Rahm, vice president of service delivery.

James Kim has joined the Cincinnati office of Thompson Hine LLP as an associate in the corporate transactions and securities practice group. Kim received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He received his master's degree and bachelor's degree from Seoul National University, College of Business Administration.

Bob Wuest has joined Sibcy Cline Realtors as residential sales associate in the Kenwood office.

Andrew Harte has joined BHDP Architecture as project architect.

James E. Schwab has been appointed to the board of The Children's Home of Cincinnati. Schwab is the Cincinnati market president for U.S. Bank. The agency offers services for children and their families in the areas of adoption, early childhood, education, and mental health.

Carolyn Bigger has joined Northlich, a marketing communications and brand consulting firm as finance director; Nichole Bigley has joined the company as account manager in the public relations department; Tricia Ruark, human resource assistant; Ried Cartwright, copywriter; and Errica Johnson as traffic assistant.

Amanda Wischmeyer has joined Bayer Becker, engineers, planners, architects, surveyors, as a civil design technician, Mason office.

•The following have been named senior managers at Deloitte & Touche: Joseph Bacon, Julia Clark, Mark Gaudet, and Brad Holub, tax services; Michael Lake, comprehensive tax solutions; Mike Fox, assurance and advisory; and Richard Palmer, solutions. Mimi Lee has been named senior marketing manager, business development center.

Jim Zimmer has been named vice president and risk manager for Fifth Third Bank Processing Solutions, the electronic payment processing division. He has worked for HSBC Bank, National City Bank, and Bank One. He has a bachelor's degree from San Jose State University in San Jose, Calif.

Elizabeth A. Mangan has joined Keating, Muething & Klekamp law firm as an associate, to practice in the area of real estate development.

William Baker has been named senior associate and project manager for MSA (Michael Schuster Associates Inc.), a Cincinnati-based design firm. Baker joined the firm four years ago and was named associate in 2001. His focus is the design and management of MSA's Sport and K-12 educational market developmentHe graduated from Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning with bachelor of architecture and bachelor of science degrees in environmental design.

Vicki Maness has been named market research analyst at NAI Eagle, a division of Eagle Realty Group.
