Born rich: Jamie Johnson, heir to the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical fortune, spent three years creating the documentary, Born Rich, that will air on HBO 10 p.m. Monday. In the film he interviews other kids who were born with silver spoons in their mouths, including heirs to the Vanderbilt-Whitney legacy, Newhouse publishing and Donald Trump's daughter. Who were the rich kids that declined? "I can tell you that a Rockefeller heir said no. I can tell you that an heir to the Campbell's Soup fortune said no. Some of my relatives said no. And that's a nice way of saying it. The 'no' wasn't 'no.' It was like, 'Get the hell out of here and I never want to talk to you again.' "
