Delta raises reward limits
Want to use frequent flier miles to take advantage of that new flight to Honolulu? It's going to cost some extra SkyMiles as of March 16.
Delta Air Lines has raised some reward limits for its frequent flier miles program, and all but one are for a free first class or business elite class ticket. The one domestic coach change is a coach ticket to Hawaii, which will take 35,000 miles, up from 30,000 miles it takes now.
On Nov. 1, Delta is launching a new direct round-trip daily flight between Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Honolulu. Other changes include hikes in the number of miles it takes to get a business class ticket for domestic travel and for many first-class international flights.
