Mount loses early lead, falls to Anderson

Joel Steele passed for 334 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another to lead Anderson to a 27-10 victory over Mount St. Joseph on Saturday.
Ricky Story had 23 carries for 153 yards to lead Mount St. Joseph (6-2, 4-1 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference).
Ricky Bush scored on a 10-yard pass from Mike Dane 1 1/2 minutes into the game. Mike Riga gave the Lions a 10-0 lead with a 24-yard field goal in the second quarter, but the Mount was shut out the rest of the way by Anderson (5-3, 3-1).
MSJ's Andy Wellendorf had three catches for 149 yards.
Ohio Northern 34, Wilmington 21
ADA, Ohio - Ricky Shifko threw three touchdown passes in the third quarter to tie the game at 21 for the Quakers (1-7, 1-6 Ohio Conference), but the Polar Bears (2-5, 2-4) pulled away in the fourth.
Ryan Howell had two TD receptions for Wilmington.
Thomas More 29, Maryville 12
MARYVILLE, Tenn. - Thomas More (4-4) scored 29 of the final 32 points against Maryville (2-7) in winning its fifth consecutive game.
Sophomore Tyran Thompson had 125 yards rushing and a career-high three touchdowns for the Saints.
