Shawn Kennedy has joined First Clermont Bank as commercial banking account executive. Kennedy attended Northern Kentucky University prior to receiving his master's degree at Xavier University in 2001. He has 11 years of banking experience from Fifth Third Bank and Provident Bank. He serves on the board of directors for Clermont Recovery Center.
Paul J. Cosgrove, Prentiss W. Hallenbeck Jr. and Traci L. Wallace have joined Ulmer & Berne LLP's Cincinnati office as associates.
Bart Gamble has joined MarketVision Research as vice president with responsibility for managing and developing research business.

Teri O'Brien has joined Work Resource Center (WRC), a local nonprofit dedicated to helping people with disabilities and life disadvantages transition into the workforce, as director of the service navigator unit, and Amanda Harper joined as communication coordinator.
Chip Von Lehman has joined Carpenter, Mountjoy & Bressler P.S.C. as audit manager. Von Lehman has a diverse background in public accounting experience. He has planned, performed and supervised financial statement audits and consulting engagements for financial institutions, construction and manufacturing companies.

Jonathan McKiernan has joined 84 Lumber Co. as manager trainee at the 84 Lumber store in Loveland. McKiernan is responsible for sales, estimating and material takeoffs, performing in-store merchandising and maintaining store and yard appearance. He graduated from Dayton Christian High School in 1997.
Richard Maxwell has been named vice president and national sales manager of commercial leasing for Fifth Third Bank; Nancy G. Kinman to assistant vice president and William K. Grace, assistant cashier.

D. Gates Smith has been named to the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation Board. Smith will serve a three-year term. He is currently executive vice president, agency and group distribution for Ohio National Financial Services.

David Habisch, president of indoor advertising agency, AllOver Media Cincinnati, has been appointed to the Indoor Billboard Advertising Association's (IBAA) board of directors. Habisch will be responsible for recruiting new IBAA members. The IBAA is comprised of 34 independent companies that sell, design, post, and maintain indoor billboards inside restrooms in America's most popular facilities.

Don Siemers, franchise owner of the western Cincinnati-area Fish Window Cleaning, has received the Franchisee of the Year Award for overall performance, customer service and attitude, as well as the Top Sales Award for the highest number of individual new accounts established during 2002.
LPK (Libby Perszyk Kathman) has received the international acclaim for P&G's Olay Regenerist Design at the international HBA (Health & Beauty America) Expo in New York.
Larry Eiser, Cinergy Call Center Services manager, has received the 2003 Global Call Center Manager of the Year Award from Incoming Calls Management Institute (ICMI).
John L. Muething, Keating, Muething & Klekamp PLL, has received the Lifetime Achievement in Law Award from the Cincinnati Bar Foundation. To receive the award, the honoree must demonstrate the highest principles and traditions of the legal profession through his or her distinguished career.
Dr. Vincent J. Marino, ophthalmologist of LasikPlus has been honored as a member of the Centurion Surgeon program. To receive the award, 100% of a physician's LadarVision laser eye surgery data is evaluated in 100 consecutively treated eyes in a one-month time period. Seventy-five percent of eyes treated must obtain 20/25 or better vision to receive acclaim. Specifically, Dr. Marino achieved 20/20 vision in 94% of his patients.
Name change
WP Technologies of Cincinnati, has changed its name to World Portal Technologies. Additional services provided by World Portal Technologies include advanced Web site design, merchant services, and Web marketing.
