Around Kentucky, reports of vote fraud and manipulation were sporadic.
The attorney general's office received one complaint that a sample ballot endorsing anti-abortion candidates was placed into an official ballot at a precinct in Louisville.
"That's being investigated," attorney general's spokesman Brian Wright said. "We don't know if someone left that there by accident."
The most common complaint to the elections board was of malfunctioning voting equipment at several precincts, said Mary Sue Helm, the board's acting director.
