Campbell County

Robert A. Fitzgerald Sr.

NEWPORT - Robert A. Fitzgerald Sr., a retired General Motors assemblyman, died Thursday at St. Luke East Hospital. The Newport resident was 59.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; two daughters, Kristina Fitzgerald and Melissa Kilgore; a son, Robert, Jr.; a brother, Michael Mowery. His son, Jeffery Fitzgerald, and a sister, Shirley Blevins, died previously..

Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at Alexandria Funeral Home. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Alexandria Cemetery.

Charles Oldensmith

FORT THOMAS - Charles Oldensmith, a retired tool and die maker for Ford Motor Co., died Friday at St. Charles Care Center in Covington. The Fort Thomas resident was 90.

He was a member of St. Thomas Church and the Newport Elks.

He his survived by his wife, Patricia; two daughters, Ann Brown and Beth Zembrodt; and one son, Tom Oldensmith. Another wife, Esther Meier Oldensmith, died in 1990.

Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Charles Care Center's chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow.

Memorials: St. Charles Care Center, 500 Farrell Drive, Covington, Ky. 41011 or a charity of the donor's choice.

Ethel M. Ramsey

BELLEVUE - Ethel M. Ramsey, a former Internal Revenue Service data processing clerk, died at St. Luke Hospital East Friday. The Bellevue resident was 78.

She was a member of St. Anthony Parish.

Survivors include a son, Dennis Ramsey; three daughters, Linda Roeder, Sue Fausz, and Janice Wilson; three brothers, George, Ray and Harold Beyer; and two sisters, Joan Trame and Arleen Wren.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m Monday at the Dobbling & Son Funeral Home in Bellevue.

Services will be at St. Bernard Church in Dayton. Burial will be at St. Stephen Cemetery in Fort Thomas.

Kenton County

Evelyn L. Arns

LATONIA - Evelyn L. Arns, a retired Dodd's Jewelers bookkeeper for more than 50 years, died Thursday. The Latonia resident was 85.

She was a member of Latonia Christian Church.

Her husband, George, died in 1978.

Survivors include a nephew.

Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Chapel in Erlanger. Services follow at 11 a.m. at the same location. Connley Brothers Funeral Home is in charge.
