Kaleb Becker

BURLINGTON - Kaleb Matthew Becker was stillborn Saturday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati.

He is survived by his parents, Jeffery and Karen; three brothers, Robert Fliehman, Cameron and Kyle; maternal grandparents, Lee and Larry Huelsman; and paternal grandparents, Maryann and Frank Meyer, and John Becker.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. and service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington. Burial will be in Burlington Cemetery.

Jack E. Ginn

FLORENCE - Jack Edward Ginn, 74, a service representative for R.A. Jones, and Korean War Army veteran, died Monday at his home in Florence.

Mr. Ginn was a trustee and member of Ralph Fulton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6423 in Elsmere. He was a member of the American Legion Post 4 in Florence, and of the Disabled American Veterans.

Survivors include: his wife, Charlene; two sons, David and Steve Ginn; a stepson, Bryant Weddle; a stepdaughter, Krystie Weddle; and a brother Eddie Lee.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday and service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Stith Funeral Home in Florence. Entombment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Erlanger.

Kenton County

Ledford Johnson

COVINGTON - Ledford Johnson, 42, of Covington, formerly of Beattyville, Ky., and a farmer, died Thursday at his home.

He is survived by a brother, Bedford; and two sisters, Margret Lewis and Julie Evans.

Memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Welcome House of Northern Kentucky, 205 Pike St., Covington. Burial will be in the Johnson Family Cemetery in Beattyville, Ky. Linnemann Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

Helen Mae McGarr

COVINGTON - Helen Mae Evans McGarr, 81, a homemaker, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood.

She is survived by a son, James Jr.; and a daughter, Jacklyn Clark.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. and the service will be at 2 p.m. today at Allison & Rose Funeral Home in Covington. Burial will be in Linden Grove Cemetery in Covington.

Jeffrey L. Hornbeck

ERLANGER - Jeffrey L. Hornbeck, 48, a ramp agent for Comair, died Saturday at his home in Erlanger.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Denise Hornbeck; daughter, Leah Hornbeck; and brother, David.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and service will be at 1 p.m. today at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell.

John Moehring

ERLANGER - John George Moehring, 89, a retired employee for the Kroger Co., died Saturday at St. Luke Hospital in Florence.

Survivors include: his wife, Catherine; three daughters, Dorothy Radenseimer, Helen Focke and Marty Dorschug; son, John Moehring and sister, Frances Pawsat.

Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. and Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. today at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 1150 Donaldson Hwy., Erlanger. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Maysville, Ky. Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

Earl E. South

ERLANGER - Earl E. South, 75, died Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Covington.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell. C&C Mortuary Service in Covington is handling arrangements.

Rose Griffin

FORT MITCHELL - Rose Frances Leach Griffin, 69, a retired tax specialist and employee of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, died Sunday at St. Luke Hospital in Fort Thomas.

She is survived by her husband, Clyde; sister, Doris Hardin, and two brothers, William Leach and Melvin Leach.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today and service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.

Memorials: Hickory Grove Baptist Church, 11969 Taylor Mill Road, Independence, KY 41051.

Catherine R. Halpin

FORT MITCHELL - Catherine R. Gerling Halpin, 93, a homemaker, died Saturday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood.

She is survived by her son, Maurice J. Halpin III.

Visitation will be from 8:30-9:50 a.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2415 Dixie Hwy., Fort Mitchell. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery in Fort Mitchell. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

Phyllis Kell

VILLA HILLS - Phyllis Chambers Kell, 87, a nurse for more than 40 years at Drake Hospital and in private doctors' offices, died Sunday at Madonna Manor in Villa Hills.

She is survived by a brother, Robert Chambers.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. and service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Madonna Manor, 2344 Amsterdam Road, Villa Hills. Burial will be in St. Joseph New Cemetery in Price Hill. Linnemann Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

John F. Menninger

VILLA HILLS - John F. Menninger, 75, former owner of Menninger Auto Body & Painting in Crescent Springs, and a Korean War Army veteran, died Sunday at Rosedale Manor in Covington.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy A. Jansen; daughter, Holly; two sons, Richard and Dale, and two sisters, Carolynn Menninger and Myrna Miller.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home in Erlanger. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Fort Mitchell.
