Lili Kelly

BURLINGTON - Lili Kelly, a 5-year-old, and a kindergarten student at Zion Christian Academy in Florence, died Wednesday in an automobile accident on Interstate-71 in Carroll County.

She is survived by her father, Pat Kelly; mother, Tonya Marie Pelston; maternal grandparents, Wesley and Deborah Hale; paternal grandmother, Joan Kelly; maternal great-grandparents, Cora Keel and Rebecca Pelston; maternal step-grandparents, Raymond and Laura Pelston; and paternal step-grandmother, Donna Braniff.

Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. today and the service will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Stith Funeral Home in Florence.

Knetu Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.

Memorials: Lili Kelly Scholarship Fund at Zion Christian Academy, 10310 Dixie Hwy., Florence, KY 41042.

Drenan Cassidy

FLORENCE - Drenan Cassidy, 84, a retired electrician for Blue Grass Provision Co., died Wednesday at Florence Park Care Center.

Mr. Cassidy was a Marine veteran who served in China during World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Gray Cassidy; son, Robert; daughter, Patricia Cassidy; and brother, Douglas.

No public services planned. Mr. Cassidy's remains were donated to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Linnemann Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

Memorials: St. Elizabeth Medical Center Foundation, 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.

Flora M. West

FLORENCE - Flora M. West, 93, of Cincinnati, a homemaker, died Wednesday at Eastgate Health Care Center in Cincinnati.

She is survived by three sons, Harlan, Francis and Gwyndol; and four daughters, Thelma Duncan, Gladys Royal, Anna Durham and Mary Bromagen.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jones & Son Funeral Home, 1325 N. Albert St., Oneida, Tenn.

Burial will be in Cecil Cemetery in Oneida, Tenn.

Stith Funeral Home in Florence is handling local arrangements.

Campbell County

Anna Mae Herby

FORT THOMAS - Anna Mae Herby, 92, a homemaker, and member of Highland United Methodist Church in Fort Thomas, died Wednesday at her home in Fort Thomas.

She is survived by a daughter, Martha Herby; and son, John.

Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and the service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home in Fort Thomas.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate.

Paul E. Scheele

NEWPORT - Paul E. Scheele, 85, a retired metal buffer and polisher, and a World War II Marine veteran, died Wednesday at his home in Newport.

He is survived by his wife, Thyra L. Scheele; and a daughter, Sandra Groneck.

No public services planned.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate.

Fares J. Radel Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

Dorothy Brockman

PERRY PARK - Dorothy Arnsparger "Dottie" Brockman, 62, a retired broker and real estate agent for ASK Realty Co. of Northern Kentucky, died Wednesday at her home in Perry Park.

She was the former secretary and treasurer for the Kenton-Boone Realtors Board, and was a member and former matron of Covington Daylight chapter 375 of the Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; son, Cy Thomas Brockman; twin daughters, Diana Mullins and Dolores Dempsey; two brothers, Ralph Oak Arnsparger and Rev. Roger Keith Arnsparger; and sister, Myrna Lane.

Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday and the service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Allison & Rose Funeral Home in Taylor Mill.

Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.

Memorials: St. Elizabeth Hospice Program, 401 E. 20th St., Covington, KY 41014-9988.

Phronia Moore

SILVER GROVE - Phronia Rose Moore, 79, a homemaker, died Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital in Fort Thomas.

She is survived by her son, Robert Jr.; three daughters, Elizabeth Poe, Kathleen Harter and Janie Barns; and sister, Van Couch.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. and the service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home in Fort Thomas.

Entombment will be in Alexandria Cemetery Mausoleum.

Grant County

Edna May Bowin

WILLIAMSTOWN - Edna May Bowin, 70, a homemaker, died Monday at her home.

Her son Paul preceded her in death.

She is survived by four sons, Michael, George, Joe and Matthew; three daughters, Dorothy F. Howell, Marrita Trenary and Christine Bowin; and sister, Joan Inda.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and service will be at 1 p.m. today at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington.

Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell.

Kenton County

James J. Manning

COVINGTON - James J. Manning, 69, a shipping clerk for Crescent Paper Tube Co., an Army veteran, and member of St. John Church in Covington, died Wednesday at his home in Covington.

Survivors include: a son, Dean; a daughter, Carla Manning; a brother, David; and two sisters, Jean Wissel and Marge Hill.

Committal service will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Cemetery Chapel, 2201 Dixie Hwy., Fort Mitchell.

Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Church, 627 W. Pike St., Covington.

Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.

Memorials: Prince of Peace School, 625 W. Pike St., Covington, KY 41011.
