Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez appear to be holding fast. Despite that postponed wedding, Affleck has unloaded his Beverly Hills home for $4.5 million. The house, previously owned by Drew Barrymore, has a basketball court, theater and pool, reports the Los Angeles Times. Presumably, he now bunks at Lopez's Beverly Hills pad. Also on the housing front: Sharon Stone is selling the Sea Cliff, Calif., home she shared with her estranged husband, San Francisco Chronicle editor Phil Bronstein, for $18 million, reports the Chronicle.
