Hoopsters: Watch all the local hardwood action during the Cincinnati Recreation Commission's adult basketball leagues.

Men's leagues play at 6:30 p.m. Mondays, 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. Fridays through Feb. 6 at College Hill Community Center in College Hill.

Women's games at 6:30 p.m. Mondays through Feb. 2 at Bush Community Center in Walnut Hills. The CRC's winter adult basketball leagues return to eight sites next week. 352-4020.

Ohio River Road Runners Club Turkey Trot: 8 a.m. Thursday at the Baum Opera House in Dayton. Participants can choose between a 5-mile run/walk and a 1-mile "fun run."
