Two Hamilton County sheriff's deputies working at Talbert House had sex with two inmates without their consent, gave them alcohol and allowed one of them to escape, a lawsuit filed in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court alleges.
The suit also says another deputy knew what was happening and failed to intervene.
Rebecca Stone and Kimberly Abrahamson, who were jailed at the alcohol treatment center in August 2002 at the time of the incidents, are suing deputies Lloyd Fawley, Jerry Lunsford and Mabel Holloway and Hamilton County Sheriff Simon Leis.
They are seeking at least $200,000.
The three deputies have since resigned, been convicted on various crimes related to the incident and been sentenced.
