Michael R. Combs has been named a partner at Rohrkemper Ossege & Combs Ltd., formerly Rohrkemper & Ossege Ltd., certified public accounting and business consulting firm. Combs has been associated with the firm for more than two years as tax manager. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1991 and has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting. He is a 2003 graduate of the Southeastern Butler County Leadership 21 program and now serves as a board member and treasurer for the group's alumni association.
