Multi-Color takes $1.2 million charge
Multi-Color Corp., the Cincinnati label and packaging provider, said Friday it will take a $1.2 million charge to cover the cost of shutting a small shrink-sleeve label plant in Las Vegas. The plant, which employs 17, will be closed by mid-January. The company said it will move the plant's production to other facilities without being specific. The company said the move should cut fixed costs by $1 million a year.
Eagle Energy signs consulting deal
West Price Hill: Eagle Energy LLC, an energy consulting company, has signed a two-year agreement with Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio Inc., a unit of Evansville, Ind.-based Vectren Corp. Eagle will provide regulatory consulting services for Vectren in Ohio. Vectren has 1 million gas customers in Ohio and Indiana.
