Three charged with ethnic intimidation

The Cincinnati Enquirer

NORWOOD - Three white men face charges of ethnic intimidation and aggravated menacing against several African-Americans.

Police on Saturday evening arrested Teddie Wagers, 18, of Pinewood, Ky.; Jason Bowman, 22, of Loveland; and Timothy Neubacher, 22, of Norwood.

The trio were near Neubacher's home in the 5100 block of Rolston Avenue when they were arrested. All three used racial slurs while wielding a weapon, arrest reports say. Neubacher swung a bat at three people. Wagers and Bowman swung a stick, the report says.
