Promotions and new on the job

• Tom Angus has joined Promark Co., an outplacement firm in Cincinnati, as a development consultant. Angus brings to Promark more than 30 years of service to clients. He sold his executive search firm, The Angus Group, and joins Promark to help continue the growth of its career transitioning business. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Miami University.

• Dr. S. George Lesinski has joined Drs. Mark D. Deutsch, William B. Hofmann and Eric L. Schwetschenau at Queen City Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, 11135 Montgomery Road.

• Jerry H. Shade has joined The Whitaker Law Office as an associate attorney.

• Eugene V. Brugger has been appointed senior vice president, operations, at Capital Management Services Inc.

• Robin Arnsperger has joined Union Institute & University as a counselor in the doctoral admissions office.

• Steven J. Feller has joined Intrieve as vice president and chief technology officer.

• Susie Goedde has joined Re/Max Unlimited Realtors as a sales associate in Symmes Township. Goedde was with Summerlin Homes. She has seven years of experience in real estate and is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she earned an associate's degree in sales and marketing.

• Lowellette Lauderdale has joined the Taft Museum of Art as assistant curator for family and studio programs; Barbara Lenhardt as manager of in-house special events; and Kitty Paschall, facility rental manager.

• Neil O'Connor, chairman of Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co., has been named chairman of Accountants Global Network International - North America Inc.

• D. Todd Rush has been named a partner in the law firm of Lutz, Cornetet & Meyer Co., LPA.

• Scott Csendes has been named market leader for the commercial group at Cole + Russell Architects; Mark Bischoff, project manager for the hospitality group; Shannon Determan, project architect; and Melissa Dalton, market coordinator.

• David Uible has been appointed to the board of directors at the New Richmond National Bank. Uible is president/chief executive officer of Uible Management, which invests in small and or distressed businesses. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind.
