Princeton fire starts in locker

SHARONVILLE - Princeton High School was evacuated Tuesday after a fire broke out about 3:30 p.m. in a locker inside the boys' locker room.

School had been dismissed and no one was hurt.

The fire was contained to one locker but smoke filled the locker room, which forced school officials to cancel a girls basketball game Tuesday night against Oak Hills. The game has not been rescheduled.

The cause of the fire was unknown. Damage was minimal, said district spokesman Chris Gramke. School will resume today.
