The 12 Days of Christmas: Fifth Day
Five golden rings
A bling thing: Randy Austin of Mount Adams models five golden rings at Gold Plus Jewelry on Main Street, downtown. The good news: They're all real gold. The bad news: He had to give them back after the photo was taken.

To celebrate the classic holiday song, "The 12 Days of Christmas," we decided to have a little fun, with help from area residents. Watch for your friends and neighbors and sing along with us. We fudged on the timing so we could repeat these photos and count all 12 days on Dec. 25.
On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love sent to me five golden rings, four calling birds, three French hens, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree.
