Ky. woman killed in Brown Co. crash

GEORGETOWN - An Owingsville, Ky. woman was killed Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash on U.S 68.
Beverly K. Tate, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 11:55 a.m. crash, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said. Tate was driving north on U.S. 68, just north of Ohio 125, went she drove left of center and struck a southbound vehicle, the highway patrol said.
The driver of the southbound vehicle, Elizabeth A. Evans, 33, of Sandy Hook, Ky., was taken to Brown County General Hospital, where she was treated and released.
The crash remains under investigation.
