FRANKLIN - A man charged with vehicular homicide in a car-motorcycle crash has been arrested in a separate driving incident in southwest Ohio.
Joshua Kash, 19, of Franklin, was being held without bond Thursday at Warren County Jail on charges of possession of stolen property, driving under suspension and a probation violation, according to jail records.
Authorities arrested Kash on Tuesday in Franklin Township, accusing him of driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate.
Kash was previously charged in neighboring Clermont County in the death of Larry Rigdon, a Kentucky man killed while riding in a fund-raising rally of about 200 motorcycles on Sept. 13. Kash also faces three negligent-assault charges related to injuries of other motorcyclists hurt when Kash's car veered across the centerline on U.S. 52, authorities said.
Kash is scheduled to appear Jan. 26 in a Clermont County court.
