Grafton, Patterson, library favorites



The Cincinnati Enquirer

Sue Grafton, James Patterson, Alice Sebold, Patricia Daniels Cornwell and Dr. Phil McGraw were 2003's heavy hitters at the Public Library of Cincinnati & Hamilton County, according to the library's list of top 20 circulating fiction and nonfiction titles.

Grafton was the most widely circulated author with Q is for Quarry. Patterson made the list with four books - Four Blind Mice: A Novel, Jester, Lake House: A Novel, and Beach House: A Novel.

In nonfiction, Cornwell's Portrait of a Killer: Jack the Ripper - Case Closed was No. 1, followed by Dr. Phil's Self Matters: Creating Your Life from the Inside Out.
