GLENDALE - Stockton Lehmann, solicitor of Glendale from 1976 until 1992, died Dec. 27 of cancer at his home in The Villages, Fla. He was 70.
Mr. Lehmann was a municipal bond attorney and a partner with Peck, Shaffer and Williams in Cincinnati until he retired in 1990. He had been with the firm since the early 1960s.
"He was a very good husband and family man," said his wife of 43 years, Royce Lake Lehmann. "He had a lot of friends, was very generous and had a good sense of humor."
Mr. Lehmann grew up in Glendale and graduated from Lawrenceville School in New Jersey, Princeton University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
He returned to Glendale, where he lived until moving to Florida two years ago.
In addition to his wife, survivors include nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at Spring Grove Cemetery.
