Promotions and new on the job
Anne L. Gehring has been appointed senior vice president at Fifth Third Bank. Before Fifth Third, Gehring spent 14 years with GE Capital. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Miami University. She is a trustee of the Cincinnati Nature Center and the Civic Garden Center, where she also serves as treasurer. She sits on the accountancy advisory group for the Miami University School of Business.
Peggy Cravens has been named director of admissions for VITAS Innovative Hospice Care of Cincinnati.
Robyn Waters has joined Lipson Alport Glass & Associates as executive director, trending and consumer experience.
Richard D. Siebert has been appointed managing partner at KPMG, Cincinnati. Siebert has also been named managing partner of the firm's audit and risk advisory services practice that spans Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan. He is a 28-year veteran of the profession. He joined KPMG as an audit partner in St. Louis in 2002. He graduated from the University of Chicago with a master's degree and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Jessica L. Carlson has joined the Educational Theatre Association, a professional association for theatre education, as director of development, and Jeffrey Leptak-Moreau, the association's director of education and advocacy, has been named the chairperson of the Alliance for Curriculum Reform.
Eric Johnson has joined Dealer Specialties Inc. as national franchise development manager.
Kris Royer Henninger has joined Strata-G Communications as communications specialist. Henning has more than 10 years experience in writing and editing, as well as designing and presenting training programs. She was senior consultant with Sogeti, an information technology-consulting firm. She received her bachelor's degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich., and her master's degree from Ohio State University.
Lawrence E. Vank Kirk III has been named senior vice president at Valuation Research Corp., Cincinnati office.
Barbara G. Grollmus has joined Sibcy Cline Realtors as real estate sales associate, Fairfield office; Amanda R. Ackley, sales associate, Anderson office; and Warren Dedich, residential real estate specialist, Northern Hills office.
Gaurab Hazarika has joined the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati, a nonprofit organization, as a volunteer consultant. Hazarika is a senior analyst for Cinergy Corp. He was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cincinnati. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Allahabad University, REC Allahabad, India, and a master's from Indiana University.

Jeffrey W. Rich, with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network's Beshear Financial Group network office in Cincinnati, has received the Sales Award for 2003 in Northwestern Mutual's Central region.
Jim Cutter, president of Cutter Construction and Kevin Krumpelman, president of Krumpelman Builders, were named 2003 Builders of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky (HBA).
