Cyndi Roberson joins Aero Fulfillment Services

• Cyndi Roberson has joined Aero Fulfillment Services as marketing and advertising manager. Roberson was community relations manager for Dayton, Ohio-based Inventing Flight: The Centennial Celebration, the nonprofit organization charged with planning and implementation of Dayton's 100th anniversary of flight celebration in honor of the Wright brothers. She studied mass communications with an emphasis in broadcasting at Wright State University and Sinclair Community College.

• BHDP Architecture announces that Cynthia Jackson has been named Fellow by Society of Marketing Professional Services through their Fellow's Recognition program.

• Hallie L. Schneider has joined the law firm of Schwartz, Manes & Ruby Co. as an associate.

• Gary Fridenmaker has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer at Bunnell Hill Construction. Fridenmaker spent 33 years at the Mead Corp., where he managed numerous construction projects.

• Nina Creech has been named director of operations at People Working Cooperatively Inc., and Diana Adams production support supervisor.

• Kathy Back has been named sales associate for AFLAC, supplemental benefits. Back has been in the field of automobile dealership Internet sales for more than 10 years by providing a service where customers could shop to find out more about their sales lots and inventories. She attended Ohio State University studying business administration.

• Christine Carruthers has been named director of marketing at Otterbein Lebanon Retirement Living Community.

• Margo Rose has joined Management Performance International Inc. as a consultant in organizational development.

• Brady Foster Powers has been named manager of skills assessment at Work Resource Center (WRC). Powers will supervise the assessment department, smart lab and the high school/high tech program. He was a service coordinator in assessment where he helped participants with disabilities and disadvantages explore their career interests, identify viable career options and define next steps toward employment. He holds a master's degree in administration, counseling and educational studies from Eastern Kentucky University and two bachelor's degrees from the University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University - one in speech communication with a minor in psychology and the other in theater performance.
