DELHI - 3 p.m. todayThe first of several events at the College of Mount St. Joseph: "Shattered Dreams: What Would Dr. King Say Today?" EVANSTON - 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Schiff Family Conference Center in the Cintas Center. "Personal Histories: Struggles, Triumphs and Lessons Learned." Speakers include: Ed Rigaud, president of the Freedom Center, and five others. COVINGTON - 7 p.m. Feb. 9 at Mary Ann Morgan Branch, Kenton County Public Library, 502 Scott Blvd. Story time about Bessie Coleman.

CLIFTON - 11 a.m. Feb. 10 at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Longtime community and civil rights activist Donald Spencer and former Cincinnati city councilwoman Marian Spencer will speak at the college's Conference Center.

ERLANGER - 3 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Erlanger branch of the Kenton County Public Library, 401 Kenton Lands Rd. The history of slavery and the Underground Railroad, presented by the Cincinnati Museum Center.

DAYTON, Ohio - 7:30 p.m. Feb. 13 in the Modern Flight Gallery at the U.S. Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The Air Force Band of Flight will perform "Heritage, Hearts and Heroes." For information, call (937) 255-8046, ext. 312.

HEBRON - 7 p.m. Feb. 17 at the Lents Branch of the Boone County Public Library, 3215 Cougar Path. Prince Brown Jr. from Northern Kentucky University's Institute for Freedom Studies, will discuss the Underground Railroad as an African-American response to slavery.
